I'm Tomasz Byzia, a Project Manager, Scrum Master and Agile Coach, former Software Engineer with a passion for both coding, managing and martial arts.

For the past 25 years, I've been diving headfirst into the world of software development, leading various projects that push the boundaries of what's possible.

With more than 30 years of experience in the telecommunications, banking, manufacturing, and IT sectors, I am an expert in leadership, project and project portfolio management, as well as agile approaches.

I offer leadership and coaching training, traditional and agile project management, interpersonal communication, and personal motivation and skill development in the form of seminars, workshops, training sessions, and incentive meetings.

Along with project management, I also work as an agile coach and scrum master.

My Journey Unleashing Human-Centered Agility

A journey inspired by martial arts led to the creation of the Agile Growing Method, a pioneering approach rooted in human-centered agility, challenging the status quo of project management.

My journey revolves around continuous improvement and excellence, influenced by Japanese martial arts like kendo and karate, emphasizing daily refinement for perfection and efficiency.
My martial arts journey in Japan introduced me to Total Quality Management, Lean Management, and Agile principles, which later became the foundation for the Agile Principles.
I've championed the Agile Manifesto since its inception, pioneering agile methods long before they were mainstream. While managing projects, I created the Agile Growing Method, highly effective due to its human-centered agility principles.
So, whether I'm knee-deep in projects, teaching the finer points of leadership, or guiding teams through Agile transformations, I'm dedicated to helping others reach their full potential and achieve their business goals.
